A Power for Good in all that she did, Sarah Shulze died suddenly by suicide near the completion of her third season competing for the University of Wisconsin-Madison women’s cross country and track and field teams. A political science major who was deeply passionate about social causes and women’s rights, Sarah was preparing for a summer program at a prestigeous university. Everybody that knew her would describe Sarah as a lover of life but a challenging life circumstance would lead to an irreparable decision that would forever change the lives of all of her loved ones.

As a non-profit 501c3 organization, the Sarah Shulze Foundation has fulfilled its mission through various events and partnerships over the last two years. We continue to strive to be A Power for Good in everything that we do, in Sarah’s honor.
