Devoted father to daughters Sarah, Abbey and Ella, Scott is a long-time volunteer youth coach and continues as assistant XC/Track and Field coach with his girls’ alma mater, Oak Park High School.

Scott has spent the last three decades working in the commercial real estate business. His work in appraisal and consulting led to his investments in self-storage facilities in the western United States where he serves as owner-operator.

Scott holds both a California Commercial Appraisal and Real Estate Broker License. He earned both his MS in Real Estate Analysis and his BS in Real Estate Finance from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
